Effects: It acts disinfectant and anti - bacterial, relieves colds and acts favorably on the respiratory system. When sunburned it stimulates the growth of new tissue. This oil does not irritate the skin, so it is suitable for cosmetic treatment of acne and on oily skin.
Extraction of essential oil is done by steam distillation of buds and leaves.
